If you are lucky and get close to a butterfly you can really see the different body parts. The thorax (breast part, located between head and the abdomen) has strong muscles that help the butterfly move its legs and wings; but more surprisingly; the fine hairs looks like beautiful fur, colorful, fluffy and warm!
And maybe it keeps the butterfly warm too, for a butterfly cannot fly if their internal thorax temperature is below 55 to 65 degrees, but with the right temperature a butterfly can fly very intently at around 5 miles per hour
